SOS EUROPA: L’Italia a Bucharest per un futuro più inclusivo.

Bucharest, Romania – La nostra associazione SOS Europa, in qualità di ente capofila del progetto, ha incontrato a Bucarest i memebri di altre quattro diverse associazioni provenienti da Serbia, Bulgaria, Turchia e Romania stessa, il Paese che ha ospitato l’evento.

L’incontro è avvenuto in forza di un progetto finanziato dalla Commissione Europea, dal titolo “Extraordinary social change through sport”, grazie al programma Erasmus Plus Sport, con l’obiettivo primario di valorizzare l’animazione sociale-sportiva grazie alla cooperazione tra enti che promuovono lo sport in ogni sua declinazione, ed enti che promuovono l’inclusione sociale.
Grazie alle esperienze di ciascun partecipante, SOS Europa intende portare avanti, tramite lo sport, quei valori sociali e culturali fondamentali per l’Europa del domani, ponendo l’accento sulla necessità di sviluppare competenze sociali ed interazioni tra mondi diversi, grazie allo scambio di conoscenze e buone pratiche.

E così, al Rin Central Hotel di Bucarest, è avvenuto il meeting che ha portato all’elaborazione ed alla definizione di alcune linee guida da trasferire alle associazioni partner ed a tutte le associazoini sportive e sociali, utili alla promozione dell’inclusione di una serie di categorie di persone che soffrono di pregiudizi e difficlotà in termini economici, geografici e culturali.
Durante l’incontro, grazie al lavoro intersettoriale ed internaizonale, è stata definita una metodologia di lavoro per raggiungere l’obiettivo del progetto, nel rispetto dei diritti umani e civili. Le macroaree di intervento sono state le seguenti:
– Gender gap
– Fair Play
– Immigrazione
– Disabilità
– Minori emerginati
– LGBTQ+
Il risultato è stato quello di creare delle linee guida di qualità, utilizzando l’expertise di tutti i partecipanti all’evento; è stata usata, infatti, la metodologia non formale grazie ad un lavoro di team building e condivisione, che ha contribuito altresì a rendere il gruppo di lavoro coeso e proteso verso l’obiettivo comune.

Molta soddisfazione anche per il presidente di Sos Europa, Mattia Di Tommaso, che, in tutti i progetti che scrive e gestisce, porta avanti la mission dell’associazione con impegno, dedizione ed entusiasmo: “Cercate ardentemente di scoprire a che cosa siete chiamati a fare, e poi mettetevi a farlo appassionatamente”.

Italy in Bucharest for a more inclusive future

Bucharest, Romania – Our association SOS Europa, as lead partner of the project, met in Bucharest the memebers of other four different associations from Serbia, Bulgaria, Turkey and Romania, the country that hosted the event.

The meeting took place under a project funded by the European Commission, entitled “Extraordinary social change through sport”, thanks to the Erasmus Plus Sport program, with the primary objective of enhancing the social-sport animation through cooperation between association that promote sport in all its forms, and association that promote social inclusion.
Thanks to the experiences of each participant, SOS Europe intends to bring forward, through sport, those social and cultural values that are fundamental for the Europe of tomorrow, focusing on the need to develop social skills and interactions between different worlds, thanks to the exchange of knowledge and best practices.

And so, at the Rin Central Hotel in Bucharest, took place the meeting that led to the development and definition of some guidelines to be transferred to the partner associations and to all sports and social associations, useful to promote the inclusion of a number of categories of people who suffer from prejudices and difficulties in economic, geographical and cultural terms.
During the meeting, thanks to the intersectorial and internaizonal work, a working methodology was defined in order to achieve the objective of the project, respecting human and civil rights. The macro areas of intervention were as follows:
– Gender gap
– Fair Play
– immigration
– Disabilities
– Emerged minors
– LGBTQ+
The result was the creation of quality guidelines, using the expertise of all participants in the event; in fact, the non-formal methodology was used thanks to team building and sharing, which also helped to make the working group cohesive and focused on the common goal.
