Il 2 e 3 Aprile si è tenuto a Skopje il primo teambuilding internazionale che ha riunito mamme, future mamme e europrogettisti delle associazioni partner del progetto In Mom We Trust coordinato dall’Organizzazione SOS Europa e finanziato dalla Commissione Europea grazie al programma Erasmus Plus Vet.

Le attività si sono tenute nella città di Skopje in Macedonia del Nord, all’insegna dell’impeccabile organizzazione del Partner ospitante Association For Progress, Education And Lobbying Nel Skopje e di un sano spirito di condivisione, amicizia e europeismo di tutte le delegazioni presenti: Italia, Romania, Bulgaria, Grecia, Macedonia del Nord e Spagna.

L’obiettivo dell’incontro era offrire alle donne partecipanti un quadro generale dei fondi europei e dell’europrogettazione per renderle consapevoli delle opportunità professionali che il settore può offrire loro. Prima dell’incontro tutte le partecipanti sono state invitate a consultare dei brevi video on line realizzati dalle associazioni partner per far conoscere il mondo dei finanziamenti europei e trasmettere alcune “pillole” di europrogettazione.

Le attività in persona sono state l’occasione per consolidare nelle mamme partecipanti le conoscenze di base dei fondi europei e la logica dei progetti europei ma soprattutto per condividere con gli europrogettisti presenti esperienze, aspettative, e considerazioni. Il sentimento che è prevalso è stato l’entusiasmo che i membri delle organizzazioni hanno naturalmente trasmesso per il loro lavoro, per l’Europa e per l’importanza che i fondi europei hanno nell’innescare il progresso tra tutti i cittadini europei. Per le mamme partecipanti è stato importante conoscere l’esperienza di europrogettiste che, seppure mogli e madri, vivono il loro lavoro con passione e soddisfazione senza rinunciare ai doveri e piaceri della famiglia.

Nella seconda parte dell’incontro si è tenuta una sessione di lavoro di gruppo miranti a sviluppare delle vere e proprie idee di progetto, con la definizione di obiettivi target groups e risultati attesi.

Le brillanti idee emerse, la precisione nell’individuare gli obiettivi e risultati, i titoli di progetto originali e al contempo mirati, sono indicatori del successo che questa prima attività di progetto ha ottenuto nel trasmettere i valori e le opportunità che i fondi europei e l’europrogettazione offrono ai cittadini, come professionisti e beneficiari.

The 2nd and 3rd of April 2022 took place the first international teambuilding that has gathered mothers, future mothers and euro project managers from partner associations of the project In Mom We Trust lead by SOS Europa Association.

The activities were held in Skopje, North Macedonia, hosted with flawless management by the partner Association For Progress, Education And Lobbying Nel Skopje in a sound spirit of sharing, friendship and Europeanism of all the delegations coming from Italy, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, North Macedonia and Spain.

The goal of the meeting were to offer to the participant mothers an overview on European funding Programs and on the euro project management to rise their awareness about the professional opportunities of this field. Before the meeting all of them were invited to watch some on line video realized by the partner associations to transfer a basic knowledge on the European Funding programs “pills” of project management.

The activities in person have been the occasion for the to enhance in the participant moms a basic knowledge of the European fundings and project and, overall, for sharing with project managers present experience, expectations and thoughts. The dominant feelings were the passion and enthusiasm that the members of organizations naturally conveyed for their job, for Europe and the role of European fundings in enhancing progress. Furthermore, for the participant mothers it was very important meeting other women that are successfully working as project managers without renouncing to their role of mothers.

In the second part of the teambuilding it was held a working group session aiming to develop ideas for European projects, define objectives, target groups and expected results.

The emerged ideas were brilliant, as well as the objectives smart and expected results reasonable. Even the chosen titles were original and clever. These, for the partnership, are clear indicators of the activity’s success.
