Si è svolto dal 14 al 18 di Marzo 2022 lo Youth Exchange, in modalità online, relativo al progetto YouWIN – Youth Workers International Network, finanziato dalla Commissione Europea nell’ambito della Call Capacity Building in the Field of Youth e promosso da SOS Europa.
Secondo evento di mobilità giovanile previsto all’interno del progetto, ha visto la partecipazione di delegazioni selezionate da tutti i partner.
Durante l’evento si sono alternate sessioni zoom di scambio di esperienze e buone pratiche, lavori effettuati da remoto da ciascun gruppo nazionale, testimonianze da parte di Youth Workers attivi nel mondo Erasmus, sia ancora nella fase iniziale della loro carriera, sia figure molto esperte.
Lo scambio si è focalizzato sulle soft skills più importanti per gli youth workers, riguardanti tematiche importanti come la gestione dei gruppi, le tecniche organizzative e gestionali delle attività, metodologie di approccio alle priorità del settore Gioventù, cercando di dare a tutti i partecipanti l’opportunità di migliorarsi attraverso la partecipazione attiva in ciascuna sessione di lavoro.
A breve, manager e leader delle organizzazioni partner si incontreranno a Roma per il Closing Meeting, per analizzare i risultati ottenuti e immaginare insieme nuovi progetti.
Youth Workers International Network – Youth Exchange Online.
The Youth Exchange relating to the YouWIN – Youth Workers International Network, funded by the European Commission as part of the Call Capacity Building in the Field of Youth project, took place from 14 to 18 March 2022, online mode.
The second youth mobility event foreseen within the project, saw the participation of delegations selected by all the partners.
During the event, was realized zoom sessions of exchange of experiences and good practices, works carried out remotely by each national group, testimonies from Youth Workers active in the Erasmus world, both still in the initial phase of their career, and very experienced figures.
The exchange focused on the most important soft skills for youth workers, concerning important issues such as group management, organizational and management techniques for activities, approach methodologies to the priorities of the Youth sector, trying to give all participants the opportunity to improve through active participation in each work session.
Partners leaders and managers will soon meet in Rome for the Closing Meeting, to analyze the results obtained and imagine new projects together.
